Inside Software Sales Account Manager
Rewarding position as an inside sales professional for a well-established software company based in Milwaukee, WI. Principle duties include generating quality sales leads for products, asking probing sales questions and overcoming objections. Candidates will be selling products, services and subscriptions end to end on the phone. Candidates are also held accountable for preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly activity reports and plans for key accounts.
Previous experience in phone based/inside sales is a must. Previous experience in Software/Technical sales is greatly preferred. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills high energy, assertive attitude towards your work and be results driven.
BA/BS degree or equivalent. 3+ years successful experience in sales development, preferably experienced in technology and preferably to Fortune 1000 companies. Proficient use of MS Office. Required Experience/Qualifications:

Technical Services Specialist
This recently established position is the next step in the ongoing development of our technical services team. This person will be responsible for providing the technical expertise (both practical and advisory) that will:
- contribute to our development of additional application and OS training programmes
- provide technical support and information services to our Customers as it relates to products on which we provide training
- contribute to the development of White papers and other technical documentation
- lead the implementation of our VISTA deployment services
- guide us towards new product lines for distribution or training development.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
- Microsoft Network+ certifications required. - Preferably Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.
- 2+ years experience in a technical software/hardware environment, preferably in a support position
- 2+ years experience in network development and maintenance within (at least) a SMB (small - medium business) environment.
- Experience of planning and implementing a significant deployment of OS and applications within a medium - large network environment.
