Inside Software Sales Account Manager

Candidates are also held accountable for preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly activity reports and plans for key accounts.
Previous experience in phone based/inside sales is a must. Previous experience in Software/Technical sales is greatly preferred. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills high energy, assertive attitude towards your work and be results driven.
BA/BS degree or equivalent. 3+ years successful experience in sales development, preferably experienced in technology and preferably to Fortune 1000 companies. Proficient use of MS Office. Contract, on-call Trainers
Binary Research International Inc. is seeking to add to it's team of on-call, contract Technical Trainers both in the USA and the United Kingdom.
Our programs are Trainer-led, delivered in a live lab environment. Workshops range from 3-5 days in duration and have a strong focus on hands-on, procedure/lab based experiences.
Training is delivered on-site at a Customers location and across the country at pre-determined locations. Typically Participants number between 5 and 10 in any one workshop.
You will be required to attend both product training and Training for Trainers on the actual workshop itself. Currently our workshops focus on Windows 7, the Universal Imaging Utility and Symantec Ghost Solution Suite.
Trainers must bring significant practical experience in the areas of Network administration in a Windows environment and have a high level of technical competence. This ensures that Trainers can discuss and trouble-shoot real-life network environment issues. They must also have significant experience in delivering training (we "train" not "lecture"), understand and be able to manage group process, understand the principles of Adult Learning and reflect that knowledge in their training delivery style and processes and have proven excellence in presentation skills.
Trainers are contracted on an as-needed basis, once workshops have been confirmed (typically two weeks prior to training delivery).
Required Experience/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
- Microsoft Network+ certifications preferred.
- Trainer qualifications preferred.
- 2+ years experience in a technical software/hardware environment, preferably in a customer-interface position (support).
- 3+ years experience in a building and/or maintaining/trouble-shooting WAN and LAN environments.
- 4+ years in the technical training delivery role (Instructor-led).
Required Technical Skills:
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Desktop and Server products, including Windows 2000 Server and Workstation, Windows XP Professional, Windows Vista (preferred) and Windows Server 2003, 2005, 2008.
- Extensive knowledge of and hands-on experience in networking concepts, i.e.; Routers, Switches, TCP/IP, Network protocols and concepts, LANs, WANs, etc.
- Knowledge of, and experience in, working with the virtual machine environment and VMWare and HyperV.
- Strong background of working with Enterprise-level products and services in a corporate, government or academic environment.
- Knowledge of, and experience with, software cloning applications (preferably Symantec GSS) - within a large network environment.
- Extensive knowledge of, and experience with, Windows operating systems within a large network environment.
- Knowledge of and experience with the deployment of and migration to the Windows 7 operating system highly preferred.
Required Training Skills/experience:
- Ability to deliver superb training courses and demonstrations in public locations and onsite (customer site). Maintain outstanding delivery satisfaction statistics to drive program success.
- Talent for taking complex technological components and disseminating into manageable and understandable information.
- Proven ability to continually adapt and learn new technology, implementation tasks, and software applications.
- Superior communication skills (including written and presentation skills).
- Proven ability in providing technical support/coaching via telephone, e-mail and in person.
