"Thank you very much for the RADAR software. I had RADAR up and running in no time at all and after only one day all our computers are in the list! This will help me a lot in the long run. Thanks"Rodito Buan II, | "The installation of the software was completed within minutes and by the next morning we had a complete view of all the equipment on our network. It is also a great tool to find out what operating system security patches are installed on our desktops. For the price, you just can't beat the usefulness of this tool!"Richard Rancourt, |
"HUB's Tech Support has been great. Anytime I have called them I get passed to a technician right away and have had all problems resolved within a day. The software itself exceeded my expectations (I thought it would only provide us with hardware details) by allowing us to see all software that has been installed so we can clean it up. The application was easy to install and runs with little to no maintenance. Thanks"Kevin Montgomery, | "Great Program. We were collecting data within minutes of installing it. Quick and easy install and setup!"Michael Haenelt, |
"We have used RADAR to effectively control the use of illegal software in our schools. The hardware report queries provides us with valuable information allowing us to effectively cost and plot migration paths for our enterprise. The product and support from HUB has been a welcomed change from other vendors. I would recommend both RADAR and HUB to any company looking to get great support on a fantastic product."Darrell Halladay, |

The next project we used RADAR for, was to review our ACADEMIC domain systems to determine what upgrades to hardware was required for the implementation of Windows 2000 in our computer labs. Once the upgrades had been done and Windows 2000 installed, we used RADAR to look for systems that had been missed or off at the time of our initial search (the project was done over the summer months when some "hidden" computers had not been turned on). | In both projects, RADAR was used as the primary tool to scan our hardware base (over 1000 systems). It allowed us to find systems that had been forgotten about or had been relocated by the users without notifying us (Computer Services). Now the users know we can find them not matter where they hide or at least we can turn off their network access so that they come forward voluntarily. Lastly, now we use RADAR to keep track of software, both the licensed support applications and those ones that the user installs themselves. The users are notified to remove the unsupported applications. |
We have also build a database of information extracted from RADAR which is used to track computer inventory as well as a Academic Lab software installation and administration system. Of all the products that we researched, RADAR was: the most exhaustive in it's search, the least intrusive, the simplest to implement, and the most cost effective product available." | Terrence Gander, |
"RADAR has proven to be an extremely valuable tool for Loyola to perform daily computer inventory tracking functions. I would highly recommend HUB's RADAR tool to other organizations who have difficulty keeping track of PC's they own. I found RADAR very easy to deploy, easy to use, and customer support has been prompt in answering questions. With RADAR we have been able to securely track PC assets across the entire enterprise without having to manually touch each one, plus we can instantly see a summary of all licensed and unlicensed software applications on all PCs. RADAR is a great PC tracking tool and I highly recommend the product"Lee E. Crockett, Systems Analyst, | Others who use RADAR to identify their network configuration:• Canadian Helicopters |
