UIU SOFTWARE PRICING

The Universal Imaging Utility is licensed on a Per Seat basis. That is, each and every unique computer which will receive an Image prepared with UIU must be covered by your License.

Once a computer is licensed, it may be re-cloned or re-imaged as often as you wish without requiring use of an additional license.

The purchase of Licenses includes 12 months of technical support, upgrades to the UIU program and updates to the UIU device driver database (Subscription). This can be renewed for additional one-year periods. Please call your Account Manager for the cost of renewal of the Subscription.

Please note - the minimum License available for UIU is for 100 seats.

Shipping for the DVD and Manual is additional. Costs for shipping within the USA - Ground: $15, 2 day: $25, Overnight: $30.

There is a $10.00 Processing Fee for orders not requiring a DVD (download version).

	The UIU Media Pack is an optional item and should be ordered by Customers who are not able to easily download the large (1.7GB) UIU software. Media Packs, which include the software on DVD and manual, can only be purchased with UIU licenses.
