The Universal Imaging Utility is licensed on a Per Seat basis. That is, each and every unique computer which will receive an Image prepared with UIU must be covered by your License. The purchase of licenses includes technical support, upgrades to the UIU program and updates to the UIU device driver database for one year. Note: All pricing is subject to change without notice.

Annual Maintenance (support, upgrades and updates) is included with the purchase of licenses. This can be renewed for an additional one-year period at approximately 25% of the current Corporate per-seat cost.
