Charles (Chuck) Nailen
Chuck has been working in the Information Technology field for almost 22 years. His background includes Help Desk, programming and more than 10 years as a College Instructor and Trainer. Chuck has taught at various colleges in Southeastern Wisconsin and spent two years as a Trainer at a Microsoft IT Academy before joining Binary as a Ghost Trainer in July 2007. | Monte V. Monteleagre
Monte has been working in the Information Technology realm for over 22 years. He has been involved with the evolution of the MicroComputer from DOS to the current 64 bit Operating Systems. Monte has been using the Ghost product since the introduction of Windows 95. He currently holds Microsoft and Novell certifications. He is adept at rolling out desktops and servers in both environments using Symantec Ghost technologies. Monte has created course material and trained on the following topics: CompTIA, Microsoft, Novell and Symantec. |
Desiree Herrmann
Desiree is the most recent person to join the BRI team. She comes to us with an extensive technical background as a Network Engineer and Technical Trainer. Desiree has been in IT since 1994 and has been training full-time since 2006. Certifications include MCP, Net+ and A+. Her particular strengths lie in training on Windows workstations and server OS, Microsoft Exchange, A+, Net+ as well as routing, switches and wireless technologies. | Casey Johnson
Casey has more than 15 years experience in technology. He served as a Systems Administrator for an HMO, and most recently spent 10 years as a Technical Trainer and Training Manager with Symantec. He specializes in the Ghost Solution Suite, Backup Exec, Altiris and Enterprise Vault. He has a Master's Degree and a background in aviation, and would be happy to talk flying any time. Casey is based in Boston. |
